COMMUNICATION
Communication between parents and the Off Campus Learning Centre should be happening on a regular basis (weekly if possible), through phone calls, emails and pre-arranged appointments.

PROGRESS
Students achieve progress on a continual basis. Junior high school students should be completing an equivalent of 2 core courses per semester. Students, who do not comply with minimum rates of progress, will meet with facilitators in order to rectify the situation. If all efforts fail, then the student will be recommended to pursue an alternative form of schooling. Students course work (modules) will be worth 70% and final exams will be worth 30% of the overall student grade.
STUDENT PORTFOLIO
Students are encouraged to create a portfolio appropriate to their grade level. This will include dated samples of student work and other evidence of other learning experiences. The student will share his/her portfolio with an Off Campus facilitator.
ELEMENTARY PROGRAM

TESTING
All grade 3, 6, and 9 students are able to write the Provincial Achievement exams required by Alberta Learning through the Off Campus program or at the Off Campus Learning Centre. Results of the tests will be made available to students/parents.
